Billing, trials and seats
Can I try Kovra before I pay?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with all Business features turned on. No credit card is needed until you decide to stay.
How are seats counted?
A seat is anyone who can sign in to your workspace. Guests who only view shared dashboards are free on Business and Enterprise.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Any time. Moving to yearly takes effect straight away with the 20% saving; moving to monthly starts at your next renewal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export everything. After that it is deleted for good.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits and schools?
Yes — 50% off any plan for registered non-profits and accredited schools. Contact sales with proof of status.
